Together over 30 years ago, brothers Robert and Bill Gillies along with Peter Hill established Gilpip Homes on the Mornington Peninsula. Young and full of enthusiasm, they melded their careers and skills gained from the building trade and evolved Gilpip Homes into one of the most successful and recognisable builders in our local area.

Since the retirement of Robert, Bill and Peter in 2020, David Carter has stepped into the role of Director after obtaining his builder’s registration. David has been an integral part of the Gilpip team since 2007. He, along with a team of loyal and longstanding staff, bring renewed enthusiasm and passion to continue the great reputation of this company long into the future.
