Our work

Fantastic company to deal with, from start to finish Gilpip were amazing to deal with, the end result is brilliant and couldn't recommend more their work and experience we had with them!

We can highly recommend Gilpip Homes if looking for a custom design and build. Their knowledge in negotiating with town planning and neighbor issues took away a lot of the stress at the planning stage. And once construction started any building issues were resolved promptly upon our feedback giving us the home we wanted. House was delivered on budget and on time.

We have used Gilpip on all of our property developments and our experience with Gilpip Homes has been outstanding through from dealing with the whole team to the quality of the build! Couldn’t recommend Gilpip Homes highly enough.

We engaged with Gilpip initially with a block of land and a bit of an idea of the style of home we wanted, and from there they took us through design, permits, construction, all the way through to handover, even coordinating with external providers to help complete out-of-scope works. And all of this was done through a pandemic and very difficult economic conditions. Our house is now a regional finalist for Home Build of the Year. We couldn’t be happier!

We chose Gilpip to design and build our new home in Flinders. The experience was top class from start to finish. Everyone in the company was easy to deal with and focused on creating the best outcome for us. The process ran smoothly, stayed on budget, and finished on time. We ended up with a new home we love; it is different to any other place in Flinders, and we love it. And judging from the comments we get from friends and neighbours, others love it too. Very happy.
